Project Facts and Figures:

• Proposed totals: Approximately 2,100 new homes and 1,400 renovations

• Renovations started in August 2006 with the first deliveries in September. 1335 renovations are planned, including 253 historic homes, and will be ongoing through the 10 year IDP.
• New Homes are slated in begin in late May, with the first deliveries scheduled for November 2007. 2117 new homes are planned during the 10 year IDP.
• The first Neighborhood Center is scheduled to begin in October 2007 and complete roughly a year later. 7 total Neighborhood Centers are planned during the 10 year IDP
