To date, we have built 952 three- and four-bedroom homes. Our development and construction activities continue in Forsyth Phase II, north of First Street. By the end of 2011, we will have delivered 1,090 new homes for Fort Riley. However, a Picerne community is about more than just homes. Our program has already delivered three Neighborhood Centers as well as parks and other amenities that enhance overall quality of life. We are looking forward to the completion of a walking and exercise trail system in the Forsyth Neighborhood. This trail will be open to use by all residents and is expected to be completed in summer 2012.

In late 2011, land development will begin near Ware Elementary School for a new housing area that will be part of the McClellan Place Neighborhood. The 332 homes in this area will be designated for E1-E5, E6-E8, E9 and O4-O6/WO4-WO5. Families will begin occupying these homes in the spring 2013.
