Picerne Military Housing has partnered with the U.S. Army at Fort Riley in its Residential Communities Initiative to develop, build and manage family housing that will enhance quality of life and increase Army retention. As part of the Army's privatization program, Picerne will be Fort Riley’s housing partner until 2056, with an optional extension period. Picerne Military Housing currently has a team of more than 135 employees working on the installation.
